Please take a moment to read the following IMPORTANT information before finalizing your order!
PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Internet: You may place your order using our secure on-line shopping cart system. All billing and shipping information is collected through a secure server using encryption technology to ensure complete privacy. Upon checkout, you will be given several options for processing your order. If your browser does not allow for secure transmission, we also offer non-secured methods of processing your order. Even if you do not wish to place your order on-line, you can still use the shopping cart system to generate an order form that can be faxed, phoned or e-mailed into our store.
Phone: If you prefer to phone your order in by using your Credit Card, you can phone us between 10am and 4pm (EST) Monday through Friday at (804) 794-6994.
E-Mail: You can email your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to service@edexbooks.com. This method may slightly delay your order and affect availability. It is not recommended over the other methods of ordering.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY:
We ship via the United States Post Office, Book Rate. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery, depending on where you live relative to Virginia. We ship every Friday, so your books will be processed and shipped on the first Friday following receipt of your order. Please note that if you pay by personal check, we cannot ship your order until your check clears (approx. 10 days). If you need Priority shipping, please indicate this in the "comments" section of your order form. We will add the appropriate additional fee to your total.
Within Continental USA: Shipping rates are automatically calculated for you and added to your order via our shopping cart system! For all orders shipped anywhere in the Continental USA, we charge 12% of your total order for shipping and handling. Our minimum is $4.50.
International Orders (Including Alaska/Hawaii): Foreign shipping rates are automatically calculated for you and added to your order via our shopping cart system! Rates & times vary, so please make your choice wisely. We ship international packages at the customer's risk, so we recommend insurance. Please specify in the "comments" section of your order form if you would like us to add for insurance.
REFUNDS & RETURNS:
Be sure you have made your selections carefully, and examine your shipment as soon as it arrives. If you are not satisfied with your order, you will need to contact us within five (5) business days via phone or email for return authorization. We offer you STORE CREDIT ONLY, which is good for up to one year on anything we sell. We do NOT issue cash refunds. Sorry, no store credit on any unauthorized returns!
RETURNED CHECKS:
There will be a $25.00 service charge for any returned checks.
